Puppy Love

Acrylic on recycled MDF.
Puppy love for a boy on the edge of adolescence and the puppy with transient puppyhood. In using a snapshot from a visit to Nana's house, capturing a moment of pure, joy and connection through a puppy. I also tried to capture the view of Nana's House through the eyes of a child; a magical place with puppies who visit, and enormous, squishy blankets, the world outside the window very far away.
