This old boy....

Using monochrome acrylics on Fabriano paper and inspired by the clever work of Jurga Ryan. Taking views from a different angle and exploring them through black and white has brought me both challenge and joy. While painting this piece I had to revisit the subject a number of times where I definitely felt I got to know this old boy a little bit more each time.
