Pencil and pen on tracing and acid-free paper. Emerging from my project "Changeling", this work investigates the child's power to provoke fear just as much as delight. The clean lines of the underlying drawing clearly express joy whereas the join-the-dots approach to the overlay could result in any of number of monsters or gods.
